ECO Loan is a loan for all businesses, with the purpose of financing projects and/or project components, which influence on saving energy while contributing to environmental protection.
General Conditions:
Loan Maturity – up to 10 years with monthly installments.
The maximum amount of the loan and its term depends on the business and the investment plan.
This loan will be used for investments focused on environment protection and energy saving, the purchase of modern equipment that saves energy, investments in the isolation of the Project, Installations of new radiators, installations in new systems that reduce electricity consumption, investments in solar panels.
The guarantee used is real estate mortgage / pledge of equipment or technological lines.
With the disbursement of the loan, the payments are transferred to the accounts of the suppliers according to the invoices/institutions/advances.
