OTHER BENEFITS
The Bank provides other benefits awarded on the basis of individual employment contracts and local market
practice. This includes but is not limited to the provision of financial allowances, fringe benefits and other
benefits, all of which are determined, calculated and paid in line with internal bank policies and procedures.
INCENTIVE SYSTEM FOR SENIOR EXECUTIVES
The Incentive System for Executives aims to guide the behavior and managerial actions towards reaching
the objectives set for the Bank’s strategy and in the Business plan and to reward the annual performance
assessed with a view to optimize the risk/return ratio.
This System is formalized through Performance Scorecards. Performance Scorecards include both KPIs of
financial nature and non-financial KPIs.
The bonus amount is attributed based on the evaluation of the results of the individual Performance Scorecard.
