We have some technical problems in our core banking systems which is affecting Mobile Banking, E-banking, telephone banking services and Debit Cards. Credit Cards and POS authorization services are working without any problem (since they are independent from core banking system). ATM services are working but BKT Debit Cards having problems since it’s connected to core banking systems. IT teams and our global solution partners are spending all efforts to solve the problem as soon as possible.
