Banka Kombetare Tregtare following the order issued by Albanian Government and Bank of Albania on 17th of March 2020, with the purpose of supporting our customers to overpass the situation created from COVID -19, wants to inform all the customers, retail or business, who have loans, credit cards or overdrafts that:
- Borrowers who will request to postpone the payments till 31.05.2020 should communicate with the bank by arguing the reasons for their needs to postpone the payment. Please consider that starting from 1st of June 2020, the borrowers should pay the postponed installments for the period 13 of March 2020 till 31st of May 2020.
- None of BKT borrowers, either they have made a request to postpone the payments or not, will not pay penalties for late payments till 31 of May 2020. This is a BKT decision to support its customers in these extraordinary situations.
Retail and business borrowers who will request to postpone the payments till 31.05.2020, are requested to complete the following application forms for postponing the installment payments.
