Purpose of the policy
This Information and Transparency Policy, prepared in accordance with the Law “On Banks in the Republic of Albania”, the Regulation "On the transparency for banking and financial products and services" of Bank of Albania and other relevant legislation, aims at providing correct, prompt, easily accessible, complete and comprehensible information to the Bank’s shareholders, investors and all other beneficiaries including the public, and is in full compliance with the best corporate governance practices.
