Commissions for Cash Withdraw

• Cash withdrawal at BKT ATM- 2% of the amount(min 500 ALL)
• Cash withdraw in other bank’s ATM in Albania – 2% of the amount (min 500 ALL)
• Cash withdraw at non BKT ATM out of Albania – 3% of the amount (min 500 ALL)
• Fund transfer from PRIMA card to your account through E-Banking – 2% of the amount (min 500 ALL)

Purchasing commission

• Purchasing in BKT-POS – Free of charge
• Purchasing in nonBKT-POS  (inside and outside Albania) – Free of charge
• Purchasing through MO/TO (telephone order/mail order) – Free of charge
• Internet purchasing – Free of charge

Commission for Balance verification in ATM

• Verifying balance in BKT-ATM – Free of charge

Commission for PIN change in ATM

• Changing PIN in BKT-ATM – Free of charge
• Changing PIN in other bank’s ATM – is not offered

Commission for re-printing Card / PIN

• Automatic Card re-print– Free of charge
• Automatic PIN re-print  – Free of charge
• Re-print of Card + PIN by request – 900 ALL main card, 475 ALL for supplementary card.
• Printed copy of PIN – 350 ALL for main card, 175 ALL for supplementary card
• PIN by SMS – 200 ALL for main card, 100 ALL for supplementary card

Annual Commission

• Annual Commission for the first year of usage - ZERO
• Annual Commission for the following years - 1,500 ALL and for GOLD cards  3,000 ALL
• Annual Commission for the following years for supplementary credit cards - 750 ALL and for GOLD cards  1,500 ALL

Other commissions

• Late payment commission  - 500 ALL
• Overlimit Commission – 1500 ALL

Interests

• Cash withdraw Interest – 2.5% monthly
• Late payment Interest – 5% monthly (standard interest + 3%)
• Standard Interest of credit  – 2% monthly

Limits

• Cash withdraw limit in ATM – 10%
• Limit for internet ourchases – (by request) up to 100%
• Overlimit – 10%
• Minimal payment – 25%
