The authorization of Promotion Activity

Authorized by the Ministry of Finance through the Authorization with the protocol number 210/2, as of 19.12.2023, Banka Kombëtare Tregtare comes with a unique opportunity through promotional activities which aim to boost the usage of BKT banking products and services.
"Promotional Activity 2024", is organized through the selection of random numbers from which the winning ticket number is generated, based on specific criteria for each prize. Each transaction or customer that meets the prize criteria generates a number that is a valid ticket number to participate in the promotion activity. All valid tickets are collected based on the calendar specified for each prize, from which the winners are selected according to the prizes listed below.
 

Duration of the Promotion Activity

The "Promotional Activity 2024”, will be active starting from January 1st 2024 until 31st of December 2024.

 

"Promotional Activity 2024", for Banking Service and Prima Card

During 2024 the "Promotional Activity 2024", will be offering the below prizes:
 
  • 40 Winners, each 3 months there will be 10 winners for transactions performed with individual cards of BKT (Debit - identified as BanKomaT; Credit - identified as Prima) where the prize will be the value of the winning transaction (max: 100,000 ALL).
  • “iPhone 15” prize for customers using the BKT Smart application - 3 winners during 2024.
  • “Payment of a TPL insurance” prize for clients who pay TPL insurance payments via BKT Smart - 3 winners during 2024.
  • “Samsung Galaxy Tablet A – Series” prize for customers who make payments to Customs, General Directorate of Taxes, Taxes of the Municipality of Tirana, education and payments to the Treasury through online channels - 3 winners during 2024.
  • Prize “Samsung Galaxy Smartphone A – series” for customers who make the first deposit in Smart BanKomaT - 3 winners during 2024.
 
  • Prize 12,500 ALL for max 4 active banking product for salary customers (existing and new) - 3 winners during 2024​

  • Refunding the amount of monthly Automatic Bills Payments for individual customers contracts opened during 2024 (max 10,000 ALL) - 3 winners during 2024.
 
  • Prize “Samsonite Laptop Bag + JBL Head Phones” for performing Top up and payment for Broadband or TV through one of the below channels - 3 winners during 2024.

    • Internet Branch
    • ATM
 
  • Prize “Refund of the amount paid for travel insurance” for individual customers who have made a travel insurance payment on digital channels - 3 winners during 2024.
 
  • Prize “Bonus Cash Back 15,000 ALL / 10,000 ALL” for customers who get a personal loan without collateral at BKT for the first time - 6 winners during 2024.
 
  • Prize “Pension fund cash back” - 5,000 ALL for customer who register for first time on pension fund - 3 winners during 2024.

Winners' Rewards

If a ticket is announced as the winning ticket, it must be checked to determine which action or customer has generated it and then identify it accordingly.

The customer will be contacted via the Contact Center telephone number +355 4 22 66 288 and will be notified of the prize and how to proceed with further procedures. In some cases, the client will be required to be presented to the BKT Headquarters to withdraw the prize.

For the prize of BKT Salary Customer, Monthly Automatic Bill Payments, and Travel Health insurance payment the value will be credited to the client's savings account.
Upon receiving their approval, the list of winners will be published on BKT's official website.

Winners must draw their prizes with a valid identification document (Identity Card or Passport) within three months of the date of the winner’s announcement. If the winners fail to claim or withdraw their prize by the deadline, they will forfeit their right to receive it.

All clients who receive cash prizes are subject to income tax at the source.
 

General

BKT reserves the exclusive right to change, suspend or terminate the promotion activity without prior notice and it is not responsible towards any user for such changes, suspensions, or terminations.

Winners of Promotional Activities will be excluded from the same following promotional event during 2024.
