Authorization for the Promotional Game

The promotional game is authorized by the Ministry of Finance with authorization with the protocol number 2222/1, December 27, 2024. Organized by Banka Kombëtare Tregtare Sh.A., this promotional game aims to encourage the use of BKT’s banking services.

The “Promotional Game 2025” will be conducted as a lottery, where the winning ticket numbers will be randomly selected based on well-defined criteria for each prize. Each transaction or client meeting the criteria generates a ticket number, which acts as an entry for the game. All valid tickets will be collected based on the specified calendar for each prize, and winners will be selected accordingly.

• iPhone 15 (3 winners): For BKT Smart active users meeting the transaction criteria. Draws will be held on March 10, July 7, and November 10.
• Insurance Payment Reimbursement (3 winners): Up to 20,000 ALL for clients making insurance payments through BKT Smart or Internet Branch. Draws will be held on March 10, July 7, and November 10.
• Samsung Galaxy Tablet (3 winners): For payments made through BKT’s online channels. Draws will be held on April 7, August 11, and December 9.
• Apple Air Pods (3 winners): For clients making their first cash deposit via ATM. Draws will be held on March 10, July 7, and November 10.
• Bonus for Salary Clients (3 winners): Up to 50,000 ALL based on the number of active banking products. Draws will be held on April 7, August 11, and December 9.
• Automatic Bill Payment Reimbursement (3 winners): Up to 10,000 ALL for clients making automatic bill payment through BKT Smart. Draws will be held on May 5, September 8, and January 12, 2026.
• Super Loan Bonus (3 winners): 20,000 ALL for clients taking a non-collateral loan for the first time. Draws will be held on May 5, September 8, and January 12, 2026.
• Pension Fund Bonus (3 winners): 5,882.36 ALL for clients opening a pension fund for the first time through online channels. Draws will be held on April 7, August 11, and December 9.
• Digital Onboarding Prize (13 winners): 10,000 ALL for individuals who register as BKT clients via BKT Smart and perform financial transactions. Draws will be held monthly, starting January 13, 2025, and ending on January 12, 2026.

Winner Rewards and Announcement

Once a ticket is declared a winner, the generating transaction/client will be identified, and the winner will be contacted through BKT’s Contact Center (+355 4 22 66 288) for further procedures. In some cases, winners may be required to visit BKT’s Head Office to claim their prize.

For cashback prizes (e.g., salary clients, automatic bill payments, insurance payments, etc.), the winning amounts will be credited to the client’s savings account. If a savings account does not exist, the client must open one within 3 months of the winner announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The list of winners will be published on BKT’s official website upon their confirmation.

Prize Claim Period: Winners must claim their prizes within three months of the announcement date by presenting a valid identification document (ID card or passport). Unclaimed prizes beyond this period will be forfeited.

Income Tax: All winnings from the lottery are subject to income tax withholding.

General Terms and Conditions

BKT reserves the exclusive right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotional game without prior notice and holds no liability to users for such changes.

All winners of the promotional game will be excluded from future draws for the same prize if they have already won that prize during 2025.
