All candidates who pass successfully the written test and all other selected candidates with bank experience will be invited for a capability based interview.
Interviews are carried out objectively with the Interview Panel. Interviews are based on capabilities, required for each position for which the candidate is interviewed. A capability or competency is an ability described in terms of skills & behaviors that are essential to effectively perform a job.
