2. Which is the maximum amount that I can profit for home improvement loan?

BKT finances up to 80 % of improvement value, but no more than 60 % of market value of the object that will be improve.

3. Can I apply for home improvement loan, if the property that will be improved is not the same as collateral offered?

For home improvement loan is preferable to be offered as collateral the property that will be improved. If property does not fulfil the conditions of collateral (ex. Lack of legal documentation etc.) then the customer can offer collateral which fulfil criteria.

4. Can I profit this loan without offer any guarantor?

If the customer fulfils income criteria, and is also collateral owner of the property he can apply alone for the loan. However, during the evaluation of the loan application, the bank may choose to apply for additional guarantees, such as guarantor.

5. What type of property can be offered as collateral for this loan?

The property offered as collateral should cover the value of loan according to product conditions and the property should be marketable.

6. Which source of income is accepted for repayments of home improvement loan?

As source of income are accepted constant and stable incomes from salary, rent and activity (physical person or company owner). In any case in consideration will be taken incomes that are declared and passes through bank system (salary /rent/ tax revenue for the activity).
